Participate in The State of Project Management 2020 Research Study

The State of Project Management 2020: Trends and Practices for a New Decade. is designed to help us understand the issues surrounding various aspects of project management. The questions will provide updated data points for comparison to our previous studies on the PMO, PPM, strategy execution and agile/adaptive practice adoption. This will allow us to identify trends as well as provide a snapshot of important data points. By cross-referencing the various findings, we can answer questions to a fine level of detail, for example:

• “What kinds of PM training do mid-size companies invest in most frequently?”
• “How do manufacturing companies differ from the average when it comes to PMO functions and costs?”
• “How many projects are in the high-performing healthcare organization’s portfolio and how does the size of their average project differ from low performers in that industry?”

So please join us by participating in this important new study! Results will provide updated data points for comparison to our previous studies on:

• The PMO
• PPM
• Strategy Execution
• Agile/Adaptive Practice Adoption
• Benefits Realizaiton

As always, we're looking to determine best practices and industry knowledge to help you achieve organizational success. The research can be used to benchmark your organization against others as well as to help you build your business case to justify the value of project management for your industry and organization. This survey should take less than 15 minutes of your time. Complete survey results (which include the full data and cross tabulations) will be sent to all those who finish the survey, so please share the link widely with your network of colleagues.

Please submit the survey by end of day Friday, January 31^st, 2020. All data will be held strictly confidential, including interview content for those who elect to be interviewed during the qualitative follow-up portion of this study.
