While much of the literature we see online about PMaaS characterizes this flavor of project management consulting as “outsourcing,” PM Solutions VP, Client Success, Eric Foss sees things differently. “When you have numerous project and program managers working in partnership with the directors of functional areas within an organization,” he says, “knowledge management, sharing of insights, and continuous learning are a natural outcome.
