About Janet Burns

Janet Burns, PMP, CSM, is the Director of PM Solutions and currently serves as President of the Delaware Valley Chapter of PMI. She has been in the project management field for over 20 years, with extensive experience managing large software implementations and enterprise wide process improvement projects. Janet has implemented and led project maturity improvement programs for PMO’s at many companies in her career, including the New York Times, Viacom, Cigna, and over 30 additional public and private sector organizations. She develops and delivers training courses on all project management topics as well as Agile and Six Sigma methods. Janet was named to the PMI Power 50, a list of 50 prolific leaders in project management.
